Lurline Craig-Burke was a former Managing Director and Partner at Aon Corporation returning after more than ten years after selling her company as President and Co-Founder of Jackson Executives, an interim executive consulting firm with Jackson Healthcare.
In addition, she was a Partner and Atlanta office business leader for Mercer Consulting, a Marsh & McLennan Company (MMC). Lurline had overall leadership responsibility for building the global large corporate division’s top-line growth by streamlining operations, developing staffing, growth strategies, benefits and risk management consulting client solutions and growing sales revenue for multi-industry vertical practices’ over $100M+.
Previous executive leadership experience includes founding and negotiating the successful sale of Precipice Group, Inc, a management consulting firm, former Vice President of an affiliate business of Emory Healthcare, (Georgia 1st) and serving under two Georgia Governors as Chief of the State Health Benefit Plan, the largest health plan in the US.
Lurline received her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Florida and her Masters Business Administration (MBA) from Mercer University, School of Business and Economics, with a concentration in international business and an executive leadership thesis study in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China.
Lurline is a nationally recognized speaker and has been interviewed in several publications including Business Insurance and HR Executive Magazine. She serves as a board member of several organizations including local Atlanta charities and other not-for-profit foundations including serving as Vice Chairman of the Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC)/ University of Georgia System School of Business Board of Visitors and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
